Some ideas of our Hors d'Oeuvres

Land side

  • Bovine Tartar - Flavored with truffles, served on a crouton, with shavings of Parmesan Reggiano

  • Confit Duck Rolls -  Caramelized onions, served with orange coulis

  • AAA tenderloin tataki - Served with aïoliwith miso

Sea side

  • Shrimpgiantess - Marinated with corianderand ginger, sprinkled with tandoori aioli and toasted coconut

Vegetarian side
